How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

What is the delivery timeframe?

Delivery is typically completed within 3–7 business days after dispatch depending on location and courier conditions.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact support within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and packaging so the issue can be reviewed and resolved.

What is your return process?

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days after receiving the order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging. Once received and inspected, a resolution will be provided within 5–7 business days.

Can I update or cancel my order?

Orders can be updated or cancelled within 12 hours after placement. After this period, the order may already be processed for dispatch.
